Ingredients:
1 cup oil	2 eggs
1 cup butter	4 1/4 cups flour
1 cup white sugar	1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 cup powdered sugar	1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp vanilla

Cream in butter, oil and both sugars in bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Shape into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 10 minutes at 350° . Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies.
